By opting into THE CORD Texts, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages (such as promotional offers, product launch news, and waitlist updates) from THE CORD Skincare, Inc. at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Message Frequency and Rates

Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

How to Opt-Out (STOP)

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the shortcode or number from which you received the message. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you one final message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or you can get help directly by emailing support@thecordskincare.com.

Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The wireless carriers supported by the program are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.
